Guest drache.havoc Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 Hy, Im trying to restore my cell phone with "Onclick Update" of ZTE site, but when I run the software and connect my phone in PC holding volume up button, the software change the footer icon to green but remains off button, Somone can help me to fix it? If this not work, find in Devices where the phone is displayed and enter properties to uninstall drivers and do this procedure again. Other way you can PM me in Portuguese, I'm from Brazil too. I try this but without success... When I run Ask Mr. Pigfish, the first line says: "Mr pigfish says you have an unknown model" How can i install GEN1 or GEN2 or even GEN3 in this case?
