The ROM seems to be not rooted. Permission manager doesn't do anything and SuperSU says Su binary can't be installed. Wifi doesn't work too. How can be theese problems fixed?

nope because the option of surface dithering option is not available in this rom and its default disabled in eco rom.

However, Launcher wasn't smooth when i experienced, i had noticeable lags.

Both launcher and lockscreen are not smooth but that can be solved, in my case I installed Apex Launcher and Widgetlocker.

Changing songs with the volume key also didn't seem to work, used Playerpro for that matter.

Other than that, it's a pretty rom thanks for the effort!

default lock screen of MIUI is always never smooth on zte blade.
