2.8.17 is quite current as it's based on konstaT cm9. Of 10/09/12 and he indicated he won't offer further support.

could you make a port of MIUI like this one, but based on ICS?

because on MIUI, ics is still a lot stable, faster and smooth, as MIUIv4 has already got a silky smooth interface

Kseliozm's rom is buggy.. the data network keeps turning on/off. so its useless. its smooth but can't use as a daily rom without network data..
