Is it possible to add this mod to Paul's ROM by just replacing / adding the following files in the original ROM with the ones in the download zip?

screenshot (in the bin folder)

android.policy.jar

framework.jar

framework-res.apk

with the other permission's


after adding this to your rom then flashing it please let me know if there is any difference with screenshot colours

you should only use notepad++ to edit updater-scrip

anything else will brake it, if you did use the above im not sure

use this one, its already edited so just extract and add to your rom

updater-script.rar

Screenshot works now the script's right. But colours are still dodgy. Do you think this is because of the screenshot apk?

something is not compatible with the g300, most likely the screenshot.apk...

Anyone know what i'm doing wrong i have a rooted phone, tried adding the link from the first page via clockwork then i let it reboot, i then try to switch off to get to the power off options but they are still the same power options, i dont have screenshot, recovery etc. i am on the B888 rom.

but the title says [mod] extended power menu [now fully working] everyone else has been getting screenshot etc (although not working), why is mine still the normal power menu with nothing added

Which one did you install,there are quite a few in this topic ?

At the time it was believed to be fully working but then problems with screenshot was found.

@tillaz you may want to change the tittle to avoid confusion.

as far as i am aware it is fully working, just the colours are inverted in screenshots

download from first post, install via clockworkmod, no wipes

yes i downloaded from the first post, added to sd card then installed with clockwork (sebs clockwork) never done any wipe, and its still the original power menu. it also said installation complete.

i've tried the main post link, and the link on page 4, #67 still none of them do anything.

EDIT: tillaz do i need a custom rom running on my phone to get this to work, as i'm still using the stock B888 rom?

no it should work on stock, try renaming the .zip then flashing it

Just installed the power menu zip file no problem. Tried screenshot and reboot recovery both working... Thanks again. Added your Bravia Engine and the Tweak pack = Tricked out phone

God knows why i can't get this to work, tried again, no luck, also tried sony bravia thing, not sure if that has worked either as there is nothing in apps to show it worked, I'm stumped as to what's wrong. :(
