Remove root/superuser

I may need to send the phone in for repair - but it is rooted./ has superuser on it, even thought I can't use any custom roms, the reboot process fails every time.

The repair is because I can't revert to factory settings to try to fix some of the screen issues i am having

Can anyone help me to get back to normal state or offer any idea of what would happen if i sent it back in this state?

Have you installed pudding (unlocked bootloader)?
