morning all, im at work today on my phone so I will be having a peek every now and again lol

I think maybe you need to check various parts of the chinese ics with a hex editor.

But make a back up of the ics first

Cheers lol just found it few pages back.

I assume we need to use both those drivers ?

If this is true, then someone needs to get an sdcard in the back of their phone. It could be a similar method to the ZTE T-flash update.

also if i change the ifw flasher properties tab GP Flag to 0x80000061 i get a sceen come up on the phone with a usb icon and under that theres a white progress bar but thats it

Yes, sorry, it is the sdcard. Have you got an SD card you can put in? We may also need to recreate /sbin/PartitionDisk.sh on the card.

Good luck, hope you find away around this.

Right okay, issue is is that it's an oem card meaning it's damn near impossible to get any information about it. Try putting the following in a file called PartitionDisk

#!/bin/sh

echo testing

.sh in sbin on the sdcard.

Are you sure the channel is #orangesd? I'm not finding it.

No, that's not what it's looking for as far as I can tell.

Is /dev/mmcblk0 actually mounted?

Nope it is not .... if it was mounted we might use sd card

Not to sound dumb, but doesnt it need to be mounted before the flasher is used? its clearly looking for something at that location.
