I don't think it is a problem with the 1%, its just lens doesn't support cm7 with Techno kernel, so this might be why..

I'm always standing until Techno not working on separate kernel for cm-like roms there will be problems. But I don't think battery drain is a kernel issue. you could always try mine kernel(undervolted at lfdesigns and updated at miui thread or dload page.) Edited June 30, 2012 by Lens_flare

I would reccomend using link2sd (I had 400+ apps on my phone using that :P), as I can guarantee that works. Ext1/2/3/4 and fat32 work fine as the 2nd partition Edited August 16, 2012 by Mtman1

I haven't had that bug... sorry to be a pain, but could you take the messaging app out of version 3.0 and put that in system/app and see if that fixes it
