That quick mod its awesome indeed.

Hope you can get it in the kitchen as option Paul... it would allow less flashes every time we bake :D

Apologies if this has already been mentioned

But, for anybody experiencing battery drain and general UI lag, try disabling background sync within the google currents app

If you have it installed of course

Ive maintained a steady battery life through 9 hours with 76% battery when i get home. (juicedefender helps alot)

Before turning the background sync off, using the same juicedefender settings, i was getting home with 14% battery!

May be worth a shot

Hey! If you are going to implement the Gradient Fix, better use this. It have also fix for dialer, browser tabs, keyboard and camera. And comes in separated files, not full apk.

Don't use the attached files, the last version is 5.5:

Also, the Quick Settings Mod is awesome, the dev update it with more features frequently. In the thread linked by William Angers there is a link to his Github repo.

The issue with the location icon was fixed in the latest release of QS Mod.

Thank you!

Never got that gradient fix .zip to work using TWRP, also 4.2 camera dont use the same images, possibly true for keyboard also.

I fixed the Quick Settings GPS icon and certificates in the app until the official update, now it's fixed plus more added.

Does the Quick Settings mod from XDA work with this ROM? I was under the impression that the one posted a few posts above is customized for Paul's ROM.

The kitchen has been updated to 4.2.1, i'll update the prebake shortly once i've finished the testing. Some additional mods coming for the next release, together with tweaked kitchen options!

I made some minor kitchen adjustments to bring the Galaxy Nexus / N4 / N7 (and future N10) options in line, which adds and moves a few features for this ROM. These will be reflected in the next version pre-bake.

All UI mods in the kitchen now includes a tweaked version of the excellent Quick Settings Mod by kevdliu, as detailed in this topic!

Temporarily the battery meter mods are disabled as I need to update them to be compatible, i'll do this then issue a new release with the Quick Settings Mod in. This also gives kitcheners time to test for bugs!

Paul, do I just have to redownload and flash to get the quick settings, or Di I need to select a particular option?

Not sure specifically which UI mods you are refering to: nav bar? if so is it just any option but stock?

All seems to be working so far here.

I've tried adding and removing them and it seems to be working.

Anything to specifically check?

getting the battery icon 10/11% in place of GPS on/off in quicksettings menu... think this is a known issue in the version of the mod Paul is using as a base

The order of my icons is quite different to the order in the App for some of them.

hey Paul,

back with the nexus one, lil hermit came out with an update to TBA that would alternatively blink the colors... in other words, if you got an email (green), a tweet (cyan), and missed call (red).... it would flash green-cyan-red. now, and for some time, if you get a couple alerts, it will only flash the color of the one that came in first.

sooo my question is, can we make this happen? I love tba, but even more when it is blinking like a christmas tree.

btw, rom is working fantastic. thanks much!
