Another progress update:

I have it on the Skate and I have (pretty much) everything working bar OpenGL acceleration (ie. Project Butter)

Haha, is anyone keeping time on this man? It's literally been less than three days since we got the source! :D

I'll get my delivery, minecraft for Xbox will update (I know.... I'm sad...) and I'll have a brand new os on my phone!
