downgrade method has to be used EVERY time u change rom, unless a new version than b926 is used (does not exist yet) so if you went back to b892 to goto b926 use downgrade method again before the update-- only restore imei number once b926 is on phone

Once in restoring the IMEI B926 and is totally stable?

you restore only your original imei once new rom on, the modified imei is to allow the rom to be tricked into flashing

so

1) make copy of original imei

2) then used modified imei

3) restore original imei

that method must be followed to my I get a different imei such as this

please read guide again but basically this is order to use imei

1 make back up of your imei

2 use modified imei

3 restore your backup of original imei

I did this:

-I installed the B895 UPDATE.PP again.

-CWM-installed, I took root.

-Installed ToolBox

-I pulled a back-up from me IMEI.

-I put the IMEI that comes in the zip above.

-I put the ROM-B892 CHINESSE

-I put the ROM directly B926 ICS

To remove logo use the root and bootloader unlocker .exe not the hauwei version the other one! THEN restore your original IMEI as this ALSO restores splash and animation RESTART phone and the ugly white chinese gone and standard clamshell splash returned with 'android' animation + most chinese apps removed except 2. just use root uninstaller on last two.

unlockbootloader.exe version 3.3.9.5 needs unknown sources ticked, and usb debugging ticked https://rapidshare.c...kbootloader.exe

this will root, unlock bootloader and change logos on b926 rom only, before use install drivers for adb usb from the internal cd drive on U8815 (not sdcard)
