If you don't have time to read it, how do you find the time to flash it? I wouldn't rely on someone saying it works fine, afterall camera may not be important to some but important to you so read it, see what's working, see what you need, see whether its worth flashing. It's generally covered in the first or second post anyway but if you need a secretary, I'm sure someone will do it for a reasonable sum lol jk.

Thought Jelly Bean runs kernel 3.1? According to a wiki page JB gives Andriod a buttery experience. Just visual affects for the interface. This probably means it will make your phone slower...
