I have internet with wifi too. and there is no Play Same problem here, but i look that PA system - 193 MB in zip & new gapps ~ 19 MB, so 200 mb system partition size not enough for this, need tpt helper app from market and setting bigger and after i hope its working. Another okay with 200mb system, sync contacts calendar etc, just i dont have adb in work place that i can see/post logcat. Or removing few non used system app, but this for advanced users because may be it is make some another bug!
