Can I unlock my phone on CM9 without reinstalling?

As the question says I have CM9 and clockwork mod installed will I need to install another rom then reinstall cm9 again or is they a way to unlock without reinstalling cm9?

Pretty sure you need to be able to access FTM mode to unlock, which you can't do if you've installed CWM. You'll have to revert back to the stock firmware. This is what I had to do to move my OSF II from Orange to GiffGaff.
