Guest tillaz Posted September 20, 2012 Report Posted September 20, 2012 1. B926, stock ROM downloaded from around here. Vodafone's update after Asura crashed my device, had to spend a day to get it back-up. 2. Romania. 3. I rarely have free time, mostly during the weekends. If you can agree to these terms, I'd be more than happy to provided I won't brick my phone. this makes me think it is the base of B926 that's causing the problems B936 NZ base. No reboots or signal dropouts. HSPA:11 Updated straight from B982 Gingerbread so HSPA:11 is not just on B926. Do get the camera probs with barcode scanner and Goggles. Willing Guinea pig. nice find, i think it should be recommend that people use the B936 base i was thinking of trying this rom but i dont like the round battery mod, is there any way to restore the stock one? check the second post all the add-ons are there google earTH google ears is from jelly bean, it a music recognition app... similar to shazam

Guest b4da55 Posted September 20, 2012 Report Posted September 20, 2012 B926 no problems. Barcode scanner works, no reboots. Everything works. Same
Guest noobi Posted September 20, 2012 Report Posted September 20, 2012 Was on NZ Vodafone, now 2Degrees Only proper update was to B888 -> B926. I've CWM all the previous infusions, all the available MIUI roms, the S3, and back to infusion. Made sure I did the proper wipes each time and have only have 1 or 2 reboots on an earlier infusion related to wifi. No reboots on B4 or B5. Was some early issues with slow return to home with B5, but a reflash fixed that.
Guest flajko Posted September 20, 2012 Report Posted September 20, 2012 I am sorry if this had been answered already, but I have installed this ROM recently and my phone started suffering from losing all contacts after less than a day from copying them to the phone.I have them backed up on my PC,that's not the issue, but is there a fix for it or should I regularly copy them to my phone? Am I the only one having this issue?

Guest droiddruid Posted September 20, 2012 Report Posted September 20, 2012 Never had this issue and I don't use Google sync.
Guest droiddruid Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 Regarding the issue with the barcode scanner... If I leave the camera app running and switch to another app i.e. multitasking then try opening the barcode scanner then it gives me an error as I would expect because the camera is in use. Maybe this is the issue people are having?
Guest gusilin Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 (edited) my advice would be to use the base that matches this ROM so in the case of infusion the B934 base would be recommended So do we need to make the update to 934 using the official ROM to overwrite the current baseband? As I understand, upgrading from CWM using a 934 zipped version will leave the baseband untouched. If this is true, I think I must downgrade to Gingerbread and go directly to 934, because I tried to update to from 926 to 934 using the official update, but it stalls in the middle of the process :( Is that correct? Guest gusilin Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 I'm having reboots since day 1, but only if I move to a near city. Near my house, I never had any reboot, so maybe the people who claim that has no problems, is because they have a good signal. A lot of people in spain are complaining about the same problem in the htcmania forum, and it only happens when 3G is active (probably the reboot comes when the phone is changing between radio stations)

Flash an untouched stock rom, then it'll let you do a full update
