Hello,

Tempted to play with this rom. The camera is very laggy in B926 causing blurred pictures even if a statue was holding the camera, is there any improvement to this with this rom? I am unsure whether this was due to acceleration not being available. Thanks all.

About skype,you all arent in right about video calling,i tried it and it worked for me with back camera,no green video!

Well, I've installed it, it's all working but I'm finding it very laggy, certainly nowhere near as responsive as the stock ICS rom with all the chinese crap.

Is there something I'm missing, some setting that needs tweaking?

seems your the only person with this problem... maybe you didn't do all the wipes properly?

see you managed to fix the USB thing, where when u plug it into a PC via USB it sets the ringtone and notification sound to default :)

I'll try rewiping. I didn;t do the mounts and storage bit.

Bug:when i try to download my mms,it says:the messaging has stopped..mms.apk doesnt work then..can you fix this?

you cant receive picture messages? they cause a force close when clicking to view them?

get that too when download apps from the store. have to disable wifi then reconnect..that fixes its but its annoying

i dont see options to delete duplicate entries and view only sim contacts in my contacts, is that the launcher (using Nova) or rom ?

other thing, when i go to system settings-system i cant turn on the status bar power widget, i have options to choose from but how do make the power bar appear in your status bar ?

its not included yet, there is problems adding the code so it was left out for now

just use power control from the market

Also another thing ive spotted is that in the about phone bit....model number is U8818....not 8815

*also....just did a re-install...the download issue seems to be ok atm.

I'm the same. I think the U8818 comes from updating to B926 ( Chinese stock ) which includes the baseband update. Tillaz rom doesn't touch the baseband firmware...

Anyone, does this sound right?

Thx Tillaz for re-doing Rom, I want to make sure I do all the necessary wipes : before I reflash the new Rom

Is it a case of :

1. WIPE DATA / FACTORY RESET

2. MOUNTS & STORAGE / FORMAT SYSTEM

Are they the only wipes I need to carry out, i.e. do I need to wipe cache etc

and BOOK MARKS SYNC , what does this do, what browser does the sync need to sync to/from

FULL WIPE IS REQUIRED TO INSTALL THIS ROM

Redid wipe data... last time I only wiped cache. This time I formatted system, all working brilliantly now.

i just reflashed the ROM...seems fine now...tho tbf....it could have been the google servers.
