Guest razzmataz1478 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 I'm going to need a bigger tpt than 215!
Guest tilal6991 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 I'm going to need a bigger tpt than 215! Yeah - 230 is about right. But I've stripped down the next CM10 release so then partitions can go down in size again.
Guest iReece Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Doesn't work for me. Won't let me talk :/ keeps saying 'didn't catch that, try something else' This happens as soon as I press the mic button. I'm on wifi.
Guest tilal6991 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Yeah - thought that might happen. You need my newest JB release. Wait for me to post it.
Guest iReece Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Yeah - thought that might happen. You need my newest JB release. Wait for me to post it. Okey dokey. Great that you've finally fixed it though! Really looking forward to it! After google now, the only major step is the PB. But, I assume that cannot get any better until you get some sources etc?
Guest tilal6991 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Well actually the new build also smoothes things out a bit more. PB is more of a concept than a physical thing in the system. So no don't need any sources. If anything it is a kernel issue.

That'll be the day...

Guest betterthanjordan79 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 You NEED to be on the latest (today's) CFX2 build. Yh I have the newest on - I'm sure its because of my connection!
Guest iReece Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Nope, got the latest build, still not working.
Guest tilal6991 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 You need to use the "Voice Search for Google Now" app. Not the Google Now inbuilt voice search.

Guest timoti111 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Me too: Sorry, I did not understand.
Guest betterthanjordan79 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 I am, it keeps saying 'Sorry, I don't understand' I'm on wifi, is this the issue?.. Basically, the voice search for google doesn't work. Yh this is the error I get from within the "Voice Search for Google Now".
Guest iReece Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Google now works when writing it down, but voice search doesn't work whatsoever. :'( am sad.
Guest tilal6991 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Hmmm.... I will try with a clean install.
Guest iReece Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Hmmm.... I will try with a clean install. Oh. Was I meant to install the newest build over the previous one?.. I did a clean install.
Guest tilal6991 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 No no. I did the same and it worked perfectly for me. I just don't understand why it worked perfectly for me and not at all for you. I tested very comprehensively.
Guest iReece Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 No no. I did the same and it worked perfectly for me. I just don't understand why it worked perfectly for me and not at all for you. I tested very comprehensively. I did: Clean install. Flashed the soft keys mod. Flashed the special gapps provided by you.
Guest iReece Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 Hold on. This is interesting. It's telling me it cannot reach google. Voice search (old version) cannot connect Voice search (newer version) said it cannot reach google at the moment, different to last time when it said to try again constantly.
