manage to boot up miui v4 2.8.3 version... but got bugs too :-)

At last... I got usable MIUI v4 v2.8.3 booted up in skate... last thing I managed to repair was a root access, quiet tricky, like nothing can be done. But finally it works! Maybe I'll upload it this Monday

as u can see, data toggle is now colored :-) stability is an achievement when porting a rom, as a rom porter, we try to make it as stable as we can by fixing bugs... i'll also try to upload language pack to make it multilanguage

no bootanimation.zip in media folder, I think its a framework matter. but its different in latest version, 2.8.3, u can get it in media folder, can delete & replace it
