6.8.0 is out on the Blade forum.

Will this be ported to the skate?

JB by any chance?

Posted (edited)

No... it's ICS. We should give JB (cm10) some time to mature before going for things like pa and aokp.

Yes and I forgot to mention tha I am out of space on my linux partition :)

Whoops. Bigger hard drive needed, or an external one purely dedicated to Linux. Can be done, can't it?

Can you take over C3C0 as I have to do on my PA Ports for Blade?

No problem. I will post my release as soon as I find it stable enough and functional.

Hopefully goo will be up again until then

Thanks. I just asked an admin to obtain the Developer Status, I want to use goo too for my projects...

Wait...you grabbed the AOKP source and replaced some files (build/core, etc...) with CM9 ones, or?

Posted

It required some hacking since AOKP doesn't support armv6-vfp.

Looking at their manifest I saw they are using some repos from CM9 so I additionally used some more

especially in places where it wouldn't normally compile.

Yes I did the same with AOSP and CNA. :D I think most of the arm file, were in build..

Fresh AOKP built from sources: http://www.uloz.to/x...-skate-c3c0-zip

Fits on 200MB partition. Flash gapps after flashing rom.

Is it possible to just upgrade from previous version by just doing wipe cache & wipe dalvik cache?

Also the filehost is really slow(30kb/s) lol :P

Should be. Also do format system. If having problems go for clean install.

C3C0's release replaced Trebuchet with Nova Launcher and if you're like me who like it simple you can extract Trebuchet from previous zip or get it here(if ur lazy):

Also browser and email aren't showing up for me after performing the update(I wiped both cache's and formatted system).

EDIT: Nvm it all works, was an issue with DATA2SD that corrupted my data(which then for some reason hided Email and Browser).

There were 2 launchers after building from source. Launcher2 (trebuchet) and Nova. I removed one of them to get more space.
