Yes, we are very sorry but there is a problem with the connection to the server and hence the page is inaccessible. There are engineers currently working on fixing the problem, and they say it could take anywhere from a couple of minutes to an hour. Don't worry, there are still places available so keep checking back and you can sign up as soon as it becomes accessible again.

I was just checking our logs today, and I came across a referrer from this URL:

The above implies that it is hard to sign up - the strange thing is that Mesh121 was the only person that had trouble signing up (despite firewall issues, which people were happy to resolve).
