Really don't think it makes a difference.

EDIT: Ah as mhstrijbos mentioned maybe you're thinking there are different versions of Google Maps with each rom or something, they're all the same app (one from the Play Store).

I found Atomic gps proof - only 1-3 satellites at a time, trying now on Mokee but for some reason I can't make Sygic working. PS. It works fine on F'n'Chips on Vivacity..

Now I find no gps on any rom - time to visit Argos again :(

I use iGO 8.4.2 and is very good app. I was on atomicmod before 2 mount and gps find very fast and no lost signal in driving. Now am on moke he is slow to find signal and some time lost signal. I was try find on my computer old atomicmod r13 and instal it he was same slow finding signals gps. Now i think is problem on satellites who is sending signal and is very bad. Or is problem on my phone gps antenna.

But why he is faster at night, and find signal and not lost. So i think is on satellite problem who send me signal.

I dont know what to do?

I'd say it's VERY unlikely to be the GPS satellites, it would be well known if there were to a problem with them. very unlikely for them to go down for very long at all as they're important to the world & particularly the US military/government.

I'm not sure what to suggest otherwise though, since it's working to an extent I'm not sure it's hardware.

I have tested both Google Navigation and NAVIGON on both Atomic R13 and MoKeeOS 1.10 and for some reason I found some differences in behavior:

On MoKeeOS GPS looses track of location more often than what happened in Atomic. I did some (non scientific) tests during an 11 day long trip around northern Europe.

Huh, strange. Whenever I need a sat nav I always use my phone, albiet not that often, I'm on Mokee so that's not great. Haven't noticed a problem but have only used it a few times with Mokee.

So from your tests you say me is maybe better is to instal Atomic R13 ?

I need my GPS into september, go to holiday :)

Well, as I said, that's just my opinion. GPS (mostly used NAVIGON) worked OK in MoKeeOS 1.10 as well.

But it lost track more often that what I noticed with Atomic. Both had same GPS server configs patched.
