I downloaded .zip file and copied it to the sd card but when i try to execute it via cwm i keep getting error. Something like bad manifest installation aborted. I tried downloading file multiple times because i tought it didn't download properly. Can anyone help?

You mean this kernel? You need CWM (ClockWorkMod) recovery and then you just choose the zip and flash it. Same for many other custom ROMs.

What do you mean with that?

By having hynix chips dosn´t mean that you cant flash other kernels.......  the problem is that by flashing CM11 can decrease the life of the chip, but it is unserted the real deal even today.

That is going to vary from device to device. 

Some SoCs will overclock more than others and remain stable.

Obviously any overclocking may damage your SoC.
