What does 'Quadrant over 1000 at stock speed' mean?

I really want to know this meaning.

this words comes from the FLB2, it says Quadrant over 1000 at stock speed.

and FLB2 is really faster than the stock one, especially at the popup window in settings.

I don't know how to express my thoughts..

so you can just look at the picture

when windows come out like this, it's very slow, and feels uncomfortable with the stock ROM. but FLB2 solved it I think.

so could anyone please tell me how to make it ?

There's an application named "Quadrant" which does benchmarking. It sort of tests how fast your device is, and gives a score. And on clean new FLB2, it will get 1000+ marks is what that means.

And 1000 is quite good for a ZTE Crescent I think, I just now got 787 (at 787 MHz, coincidentally) on my old battered CM7 installation.

Try spare parts an app that let's you control the speed of windows opening ect

If its just pop up window speed you want, just about any ROM apart from stock will do for you. But you have attached a screenshot from CM9? It can't be that slow.

oh, it's not a CM9, it's customized by myself.

and if it is based on the stock one, the popup window is the only thing I can't bare.

if I use FLB2, the popup window could be solved. but another problem. it sometimes cannot wake up. I think there has some issues with FLB2.

so what I want to know is how to make the popup window appears faster.

PS. even I use spare parts, it still slower than FLB2, unless I close the animation.

Why don't you go for Sebastian404 Debranded or Fish n Chips then? CM7 is awesome, but no front cam or camcorder, and no radio.

All good fast ROMs, make a choice after you test all 3 if you can. And no known sleep issues.

You customized the stock ROM to make it look like CM9?

Btw, to see what you mean by slow window pop up, why not attach a video of it?
