Guest TangerineTractor
anyone tried it? how is the performance? OK, I gave this a blast last night. So far, no issues at all. Just seems like a very light, clean, quick 934. Noticeably, the initial startup and google services connection was very fast compared with other roms, and it seems very slick and smooth. I blasted superuser, exchange email, apex launcher and blue circle battery mod zips on as well, and then installed my usual apps - Opera Mobile, Whatsapp, Plume, Lightflow, Power Toggles etc... all working absolutely fine, no issues. Needed to install rom toolbox to tweak build.prop to stop the data continuation warning when wifi is disconencted. I think at the moment this is probably my favourite rom. B936 "seems" to have poorer phone signal. Infusion is good, but this just seems a little leaner and keener.

Exactly my (admittedly subjective) thoughts, it certainly feels snappier to use than infusion. Good work OP! Will be following this. p.s. anyone know how to successfully side-load the Huawei FM Radio app? I extracted it from infusion but it wont register when placed in /system/app Edited September 13, 2012 by dt_matthews

I hadn't noticed the FM Radio was missing - installing now. Would have been peeved if I got dragged to the park this saturday and couldn;t listen to the football commentary! Phone running well. I've got a new Sandisk UCS-1 SD Card on order, so it will be interesting to see if that makes it even slicker than my current Class 4 one. Aha. I see you made the request for the Radio, and it was uploaded, so my bad! However, instaleld the zip though CWM, and it hasn't installed. Anyone any suggestions? Guest TangerineTractor
Interestingly got the same issue as on B236 - very poor/non-existant signal. Tried it sat at my desk in a fixed position, no signal. Installed infusion, decent signal. Tried B236, no signal. Back to Infusion, all OK. SO I'm back on infusion for the time being.
