My OMC is cooked, what to do?

Greetings again - long time no visit.

At the beginning of this year I got an OMC unlocked it, installed CWM, and installed Atomic 3.5, and had no end of use out of the phone without feeling the need to change it any further.

So far so good.

Then I started to use the satnav functions with "WAZE" - which is interesting from the point of view of live traffic info.

Then the sun came out, and the phone overheated (it was flat out on the dash, on a sticky mat) after a couple of hours.

The phone now twitches and does random things on its own - including composing random text messages.

I've gone back into recovery, cleared the dalvic cache, reinstalled Atomic: still the same.

I've replaced the SD card with another, and done the previous steps again without success.

In an ideal World I'd take the thing back as it's only 9 months old, but I can't fathom how to TPT back to the correct version of Orange software without leaving any trace of CWM. (or find a file to use to do that).

Any ideas how I might restore the phone to its "out of the box" state?
