I have it tured up to the maxiumim setting but i have still missed about 3 called as I have not heard it and I was only in a room next door. My old 6210 I could hear anywhere round the house. Even on the loudest settings the midi-based ringtones are kinda 'dull' or 'muted' sounding and don't 'travel' well - no treble to them - not piercing enough. I've changed all mine to .wav-based.
