Right, so thats it then. a profile change plays games with some of the new strings.

There must be a way to make these changes permanent, or am i just dreaming? ;-)

Hey, midnight: If I want to have my phone speak with another voice (e.g. my

lady's) can I just replace the files in the cab with my own wav files which are

obviously renamed to the 00file01.002, etc. format? Or does the cab stop to

work when you change files in there? In the latter case I could still use your cabs to avoid all the hand-tweaking in the registry and would replace the wav

files on the phone...

This is a CAB file that associates different sounds to the SPV keypad, nothing to do with the keyboard drivers, sorry :lol:

coolboy, cant you just replace the ones on the phone with you ladys. the reg will point there so a change in wav is easier to do mate

kingdom: this just changes the sound made when you hit each key, it isnt a keyboard drivers. Look at the topic, "Keypad" :lol:
