Have you tested it via PC to see if the card is faulty? If you can lob it in an SD-Card adaptor and try it via an SD-Card reader in a PC to see if the speeds are there.

Try the card in any other supported device.

If the scores are good. then back up your data- format the card - factory reset - make sure that you leave at-least 2-3 GB free space on the card.

if the problem persists.
