Zte tania hard reset

Hi , i need your help , i have zte tania locked with passcode and i forget it ... now i need hard reset , i try cam+pwr but it's show phone need to conect to computer , i do that find zune driver and zune show error ... tnx

but you have a passcode issue, do you have access to a pc?
