Guest omegavesko Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 Skate has a "turbo" version of the msm7227 chipset (msm7227T). So basically, we have a different hardware. Blade: http://pdadb.net/ind...ualcomm_msm7227 Skate: http://pdadb.net/ind...alcomm_msm7227t Ah, I didn't know the MSM7227T was a thing. I thought it was the same SoC in both devices. Neat.
Guest emilpoul Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 Me to, cause if you seebin wiki they say msm7227t, and when it refer in which phones this mother board exist to,it refers and blade

Guest Jokica007 Posted March 14, 2013 Report Posted March 14, 2013 This is a great phone (Skate) , and i don't regret i gave 130 euros for this phone, it was brand new and i loved it same moment i put it in my hands... Quite cheap and good, only thing "ONLY"...that u can't use the flash when ever u want, all other stuff are working super, like on some phones that cost 200-250 euros! Am i right ZTE Skate lovers? :D
Guest C3C0 Posted March 14, 2013 Report Posted March 14, 2013 OT alert. Well, for the price it is now possible to get chinese phones with far more better specs. Like e.g. this one: http://www.pandawill.com/jiayu-g2s-smart-phone-android-41-mtk6577t-12ghz-1g-ram-40-inch-ips-qhd-screen-3g-gps-p71950.html (comes with jellybean 4.1) Pitty it's a MediaTek board (MTK6577) that won't probably get CM support to build roms from source (but one never knows :) ) Another device with great specs is the upcoming G4 (MTK6589). It was supposed to be available in the end of March. But there's a delay caused by Samsung not delivering 2GB RAM chips on time. So it won't be available earlier than in May I think. http://www.pandawill.com/jiayu-g4-advanced-smart-phone-mtk6589-quad-core-2g-32g-47-inch-hd-ips-retina-screen-android-41-13mp-camera-gyroscope-p71208.html
Guest wizard.no.84 Posted March 16, 2013 Report Posted March 16, 2013 i found expencier with 1G ram and 1800 battery :D http://www.jiayumobileshop.com/jiayu-g4-mtk6589-quad-core-1g-ram-4-7-inch-hd-ips-retina-screen-android-4-1-13mp-camera-gyroscope-basic-smart-phone.html

Guest C3C0 Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 May/June I suppose. On the other side H7500+ 5'' can be grabbed now for around 200$.
Guest thomcd Posted March 23, 2013 Report Posted March 23, 2013 Why not buy the Xiaomi Mi-3? This little BEAST has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor running on 2,3 Ghz, a 5" 1080 Full HD screen and a 13MP camera and is rumored to run on Android 5.0. Estimated cost : around $319 or €245. Why not? Because you can only get it in China itself (no export to Europe or the USA). Source : http://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi3_may_boast_a_5_1080p_screen_snapdragon_800_chipset-news-5733.php Xiaomi phones have historically been almost impossible to find, even if you live in China. Didn't they literally have raffles for the last one because they made so few of them? Plus, I'm sure there will be tons of S800 and S600 based phones out before the end of this year.

Its just I would never preorder a china phone when its not close to coming out. There are a lot of scammers out there. I would wait for the site to post pictures of there stock, and then I would definitely buy :D
Guest C3C0 Posted March 23, 2013 Report Posted March 23, 2013 Pandawill, aliexpress, antelife seem to be reliable sources. But I don't like them to have my money for couple of months, neither. BTW, jiayu is launching authorized shop in Germany in couple of days. I'm really curious about the prices. http://www.jiayumobileshop.de/ There's already one in Spain I think.

Guest Jokica007 Posted April 2, 2013 Report Posted April 2, 2013 It'll take some time...but they will be here! :)
