Okay then, this is not ideal but in ROM Control --> Nav Bar you should be able to create a swipe up target for it.

Its not showing as a available app.

Is this the pacman rom ?

Larger. I removed some apps from the v18 zip before I uploaded it. I'll change the build files so it doesn't build as many packages for next time.
