Have you noticed that by that launcher phonea eat huuge less ram ;) :D

Maybe a little bit. I do have widgets turned on though, and that amounts to 10-20MB of additional RAM usage.

What do you mean? Third party lockscreens have always been possible on Android. Just like custom launchers, media players, etc.

It's just Tilal's CM10 mate, the lockscreen was ported by Adi AishitEru on XDA. I wasn't expecting it to work, but it did. If your thinking of using it, i'd add it to the rom on your computer as opposed to on your phone as you have to swap out android.policy.jar and that can cause all sorts of mishaps.

I think I tried that lockscreen but it didnt work, maybe I will try it again

I added it to the rom via 7zip on my desktop, first time I tried it I did i t on my phone and managed to unroot it in the process lol.

By the way, this will only work on CM10, the widgets of CM10.1 aren't compatible with it.

The launcher is Atom Launcher. The ROM could be just about anything.
