Stuck at green HTC logo after flashing ROM

i'm having a bit of problem.. i rooted my brothers Desire Z.. and it now says S OFF.. and i successfully flashed a working ICS ROM yesterday.. but now i want to install a stock rom with root.. and when i do it always hangs on the HTC logo

i did flash another radio but i had problem even before i did so. Anyone who knows a working rooted stock ROM or have another other idea?

If i flash the same ICS ROM again the phone works (Desire S ICS PORT Z B7R1.zip). (I realise it says Desire S but i think it said it was for D Z).
