Omnia II "phone off" won't turn on...

All other aspects phone related, as well, are not working... and they give "phone off" without any other posible options.

Luckly Bluetooth and Wifi functionalty seem to work

Hey people. How do i know if my phone needs unlock, deblock or decode? Its bothering me that i can't fix the phone. I'm gonna try another rom
