Don't you just download the lot and use the APK(s) that you want?

I can't check because I don't have an account for the 4Shared download site and don't want to register with them.

 

Edit: I had to register with 4shared after all to get something else so I tried this. Download the zip from the link above. Open it in 7Zip (or whatever you normally use). Browse to system/app and then extract whatever APK you want (e.g. HwProfileSwitcher.apk). You can then install the APK as usual. Copy the APK to your phone and then install it. You'll need to allow installation of apps from unknown sources in settings. Hope this helps.
