How can I ADB bootrecovery/fastboot BACK?

There was a time when I had no CWR or bootrecovery/fastboot.

I got Clockwork recovery back by doing This

And I wondered if there was a similar way of getting bootrecovery/fastboot back (power and Volume +) because at the moment I get the Android logo and the red led. No more. No less

Hello!

If you have recovery installed, then you just have to flash a ROM through recovery.

You're not able to enter recovery by key-combination while powering up?

No problem.

Send "adb reboot recovery" command on your PC.

That should do the trick.

I dont think "adb reboot recovery" will work (will try when I'm home) I think it will go back to the android logo and red led.

Is there a bootrecovery.zip I can flash in clockwork recovery?

Or would adb fastboot erase work? But once erased does it not to be installed?
