Maps is not present in it you have to install it from Google play

As for play store

1) while flashing gapps did you select all the apps (you must)

2) add your Google account to device from settings (settings=> account and sync=> add Google account) reboot

3) if none of the above work, add account and download play store apk from internet and install it

In recovery, try to flash "deleteundervolt.zip" or something similar,it deletes the technolover's kernel's undervolt ;)
