I think you can try the root tool by binary to give it a try.

Also can you mention which city this service center was which offered upgrade

If i get hold of JB Rom, I can root it and customize it

File size is 705mb, I am trying to search for a free file hosting server which allow me to upload such big file.

But now I am unable to root my phone using "Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v15".
