Usually there will be a link to download the correct gapps package on the first page of the post for the ROM (alongside the ROM itself). If you're using tilal's CFX3 ROM the gapps package that comes with it is missing the calendar sync app. Instead use the one posted by Harosgr on 03 March 2013 - 03:32 PM in the [androidarmv6] [4.2] ColdFusionX 3 [CM10.1] [updated - 06/01] thread.
