Guest muqy Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 Hi, I currently have a problem with my Ascend G300. I just purchased the device two weeks ago, rooted it. Kept everything stock. And now the lock button isn't working. I don't know how to unroot it, as I can't access the bootloader. The only way I can put the phone on is by connecting it to a charger and the screen turns on by itself where I then have a full access to the phone. Guest kieranswhite Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 plug the device into your computer and put an update.app for stock ics on the memory card in a folder called dload. turn the device on while holding the volume up and down butttons and your device will factory reset and wipe all data.
