HELP!!! I need orange stock rom to save DEAD? S2

Hi guy's,

I Need the stock ICS 4.0.3 ROM as i was trying to root my friends phone by following this guide

I downloaded all the files dubble checked build number XXLPB.

All seemed to go well in odin but when the phone rebooted i got a yellow triangle then the phone just went off.

i can still access download moad so i no all is not lost just need the right files so if anyone could help i would be most grateful.

Hope someone cen help (he's a big guy)
