It doesn't necessarily relate to whether or not Android thinks it's enabled. I've tried various combinations of turning Bluetooth, and the phone on and off. Obviously I'm aware that we're lucky to have it working at all etc etc, but has anyone found a logic to how to reliably get it to be actually enabled?
