I dont think MIUI V5 will be successful on 4.2.2 because 4.2.2 uses a lot of ram and it will be also very slow. I think 4.0 would be a great choice coz it uses less ram and also very fast than 4.2.2. any way it would be mind blowing to have it on our blade.

Also MIUI is not yet compatible with android 4.2.x.

MIUI is very difficult to port. And it will lags like hell!! On my Galaxy SL with 1.2ghz is a bit laggy.
