I have no idea what a RIL is, sorry, only thing I can do is flash ROMs and change some basic root stuff.

Anyway I had Daz's CM10.1 R3 but it didn't have Volume Rocker Wake after I installed this RIL but on Electra it has Volume Rocker Wake, so the RIL doesn't mess with it, Daz's CM10.1 doesn't have Volume Rocker Wake, that's all.

The RIL is a radio interface library, it only replaces the telephony-common.jar so everything else it untouched.

Theres no actual 'technical' evidence, but from actual use it seems to work (at least for some), hopefully this makes sense :P

EDIT: I won't dislike your videos after seeing a review of the Electra ROM, i'm actually pretty proud about that, but i'd appreciate it if you removed all of your spam.
