I flashed the rom, gapps and lennox control, i have a black wallpaper and i cant change it and i have no status or notification bar

Your supposed to flash Lennox control AFTER the phone has booted, not before.

MIUI doesn't have an app drawer, all the app icons are on the home screens. If you want an app drawer tho, just use a different launcher.

Yes. which is based off MiUI 2.7.6. Anything after that (2.7.13+) consumes 30-50MB of more memory making them (imho) unusable on a 512MB equipped G300.
