Yes, always distorted and too loud.....i have problem with airplane mod, wi-fi crash and touchscreen sometimes is crazy. But this rom has got a lot of customizations, hope it will be fix soon :)

I don't have any of this problems only led notification not working and music fx showing on black and not stick with settings

Everything seems to be working for me ok. This seems to be a good rom at the moment and although there still the bugs from Daz's base as I would expect there is much less memory used from apps than usual. I hope this rom keeps getting developed as it is quite fast and a much needed rom to a seemingly dying g300 scene.

Hey Ezet, awesome to have another good developer for this phone. Maybe I should have stuck with the U8815 for a bit longer to use all the new JellyBean Roms. Always wanted to try slim bean.

I don't have problems with volume in the calls.

I put the last compilation (yesterday) of the CM10.1 Kernel (Kra1o5) and I have not experienced any ramdom reboot.

Hey Paul! Yeah after taking my U8800 to the service numerous times Huawei gave me an Ascend G300 replacement so i'm stuck with yet another Huawei phone for some time :P

Good rom. A lot of better than cm10.1. There aren't problems with calls, random reboots.

Other then this, this rom is the bomb... great battery life too!

Wipe data/factory reset. Go to mounts -> format system and then install again.

Hw stands for Huawei, and this ROM is not a Huawei based ROM, so Huawei apps probably won't work on it.

Just go to system/etc/media_profiles.XML

Then open it, and change the values 600x480 to 800x480

You only need to change the first one you see, not all of them. Then save it and reboot.

Make a backup of the original media profiles xml before modifying it, just in case.
