The new Lumia 925 sports many of the same specifications and hardware of Lumia 920, so what has been improved?

Introducing Nokia Smart Camera

The Lumia 925’s 8.7 megapixel PureView camera with optical image stabilization and dual LED flash now includes a sixth physical lens — an industry first.

Even better, the imaging software improvements will be made available to existing compatible Windows Phone 8 Lumia smartphones in an update called Nokia Lumia Amber, which will be rolling out this summer, so if you already own a Lumia 920, don't worry.

The Nokia Lumia 925 is expected to start selling in June in UK, Germany, Italy and Spain with Vodafone and other operator and retail partners - and in China with China Mobile and China Unicom, followed by the US with T-Mobile. It will be priced at around 469 EUR before any local taxes or operator subsidies.

I really want the 928 as it has a proper flash, but the camera enhancements alone make this a device to be interested in. Have to see what Vodafone will offer later on.
