If you haven't received the new Google Hangouts update, you can install this APK to get it early :)

DOWNLOAD | MD5 - ADB10E8086C704B398821C51DBC3FEBA

If it doesn't install like normal, copy it to:

system/app

...and reboot. It should then be in your app drawer upon use.

Please remember if you put under /system/app/ you must give permissions to 644

My opinion is that the very poor substitute for talk ..

Messages arrive late, you are able to see which of your contacts on line, it is less viewed than talk ...
