Nope, it comes with S2E installed if you want to use that (and it's better than int2ext, IMO). You should be able to flash any scripts just fine as long as they're compatible with CM7.

I can't find the Google Play Store anywhere, i already installed 240 gapps and i got no google app, no play store nothing.

I install gapps and there still no play store. Although it says in cwm installation completed.
