inaudible recorded video

I have very quite recorded audio and video.

This morning I was on a meeting and I made a record with sound recorder app. Now I'd like to wite a summray about it, but I can hardly hear anything.

I tried video as well. That is worse.

Is this hardware or software issue?

How is yours?

Music, YouTube, Movies, etc sounds good.
