i just installed SymAnd customized stock rom , and i wonder how can i update it to B190 , anyone have any clues ? i want only to update , not flash again ... anyone can help me with some clues ?

You can't. Customised roms are based on a stock rom. If you want a 190-based rom, you'll have to wait for soemone to make one. Stock 190 is pretty good, not too much bloat which you can easily uninstall.
